Chickpea Biscuits:
Ingredients:
Roasted chickpeas 316gm
Brown sugar 250gm
Butter 250gm
Egg 1
Flour 25gm
Method:
Beat butter and brown sugar. Then add egg and mix well. Now grind the roasted chickpeas and add to the butter mixture. Mix well. Then sieve the flour and add to the mixture. Mix properly. Make biscuits out of the mixture and bake it in an oven at 180 c for about 15-18 minutes. Serve.
Banana Hazelnut Puff Pastry :
Ingredients:
Puff Pastry 500 gm
Bananas 6
Hazelnut Spread 500 gm
Egg 1
Method:
Spread the puff pastry evenly. Then give it a shape of your choice. Cut bananas into small pieces and add to the puff pastry. Now add hazelnut spread and fold it properly. Lastly brush with egg wash and bake it in an oven at 180 c for about 20 minutes. Serve.
Chocolate Heaven Cake:
Ingredients:
Sugar 260gm
Oil 131gm
Yogurt 131gm
Water 160gm
All purpose Flour 225gm
Cocoa Powder 40gm
Baking Powder 6gm
Baking Soda 8gm
Eggs 2
For The Chocolate Heaven Icing:
Horlicks 200gm
Icing Sugar 140gm
Cocoa Powder 90gm
Comelle Milk 200ml
Cream 400ml
Method:
In a bowl add yogurt, eggs, sugar, oil and cocoa powder. Beat well. Then add water and dissolve the sugar well. Now add baking powder, baking soda and flour. Mix well. Then pour the batter onto 7x7 greased pan and bake it in an oven at 180 c until done.
Method For The Chocolate Heaven Icing:
In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix well. Then in another bowl mix cream and comelle milk. Mix well and add the dry ingredients. Fold it properly. Now do the icing onto the baked cake with this mixture. Serve.
