Rib out of place, costochondritis, the FRONT side.

When a rib becomes out of alignment it can cause pain and spasm between the ribs. This can be in the back side or front of the torso. Here I explain a little about the front of the chest and the attachments of the ribs to the sternum. Also I show you one trick on how to fix your own costochondritis. Of course, if this does not help, go and get checked out for other things.
