張淑儀醫生於2005年聯同乳癌康復者及專業醫護創立香港乳癌基金會，為患者提供情緒輔導及專業諮詢等服務，同時支援康復者重回職場及家庭，鼓勵她們保持樂觀心境及健康生活。基金會亦透過乳健中心提供乳癌檢查服務，成立「香港乳癌資料庫」，以具體數據推動乳癌政策發展。
In 2005, together with breast cancer survivors and professional healthcare workers, Dr Polly CHEUNG Suk-yee established the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation to provide emotional counseling and professional advice to patients, support recovery to work and family life, and encourage them to maintain an optimistic mindset and healthy lifestyle. The Foundation also provides breast cancer screening services through the Breast Health Centers and established the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Registry to motivate healthcare policies for breast cancer with concrete data.
