Welcome to our first-time watching as we react to The Day After Tomorrow (2004). We've been watching quite a few disaster films lately and we've gotta say this one so far was one of our favorites.

This epic film directed by Roland Emmerich takes us on a chilling journey through a world gripped by catastrophic climate change, where extreme weather events threaten to bring about a new ice age.

We hope that you enjoy our reactions, commentary and review as we discuss the jaw-dropping visual effects, heart-pounding action sequences, and emotional moments that define this incredible film. From the tornado in LA sequence to that massive tsunami in New York, this film has a lot of spectacle to offer but none of it would matter without the great performances Jake Gyllenhaal and Dennis Quaid brought to the table as Sam and Jack Hall.
