1 lb chicken (cooked)
eggroll wrappers
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
2 cups spinach
8 oz pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup corn
cilantro garnish
2 tbsps butter
AP seasoning
1 tbsp garlic
smoked paprika, chili powder, chicken bouillon powder
oil for frying

1/2 cup may
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 Large avocado or 1 small
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
