This video is provided the physics revision that follows syllaby as Pearson Edexcel International GCSE in Physics (Linear) (4PH1) specification, which exam first in 2019.

Double Award exams only paper 1
Single Award exams both paper 1 and paper 2

Paper 1: 2 hours (61.1% of the total) assesses core content that is not in bold and does not have a ‘P’ reference. Questions may come from any topic area across the specification.

2. Electricity
3. Waves
3. Energy resources and energy transfer
4. Solid, liquids and gases
7. Magnetism and electromagnetism
8. Radioactivity and particles
9. Astrophysics

Paper 2: 1 hour 15 minutes (38.9% of the total) assesses all the content, including content that is in bold and has a ‘P’ reference. Questions may come from any topic area across the specification. Statements in bold cover some sub-topics in greater depth.
