Demonstration of the Wudang Secret Tai Chi 36 Form (wǔdāng mìchuán 36 shì tàijí, 武当秘传36式太极) by Master Tang Li Long. This form belong to the basic program of XuanWuPai. It is called Michaun (Secret) because it was taught secretly inside Taoist circles.
We didn't use any sound, so you can experience how it is at our peaceful trainings area.
