Today, US Officials have admitted that Vladimir Putin has broken the partial energy ceasefire with Ukraine brokered by US diplomats. The US says that Russia's stalling tactics will not be tolerated any further and have committed to transferring more F16 fighter jets to Ukraine in the coming weeks. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov claims that the phone call scheduled to take place between Putin and the US president is not scheduled to take place at this time.
