Bill Whitfield worked as Michael Jackson's personal security/bodyguard from his return to the USA in 2006 to his passing in 2009. Whitfield was one of only 3 main bodyguards tasked with protecting the King of Pop and his children - Prince, Paris and Blanket.

In this video, Bill Whitfield reveals what Michael Jackson was really like behind the scenes, as a boss and as a father. We also discuss sticky situations with paparazzi, the attorneys fighting for power in Michael's life, visiting an abandoned Neverland Ranch, Michael's kindness and Bill's reasons for writing his book "Remember the Time: Protecting Michael Jackson in his Final Days."

Whitfield co-wrote "Remember the Time: Protecting Michael Jackson in his Final Days" alongside fellow MJ bodyguard Javon Beard and ghostwriter Tanner Colby. The 2014 book has since been turned into a TV adaptation: Lifetime's "Michael Jackson: Searching for Neverland", starring Navi as Michael Jackson and actor Chad L Coleman as Whitfield himself.
