Vintage Power Lords Ggripptogg neck repair - Toy Polloi

Power Lords from Revell are a toy line I don't see that often at toy fairs so I haven't had the chance to repair any so far. Today I get to grips with Ggripptongg! how has a broken neck post. I've fixed many broken action figure necks before with Lego, but will it work on this toy? Or will I have to change my plans. Let's take a look.
