ADJECTIVE CLAUSE (PART 1)- BAHASA DAN SASTRA INGGRIS LINTAS MINAT KELAS 12

Clause: a group of the word containing a subject and a verb.
Independent clause: a complete sentence. It contains the main subject and verb of a sentence. (it is also called the main clause).
Dependent clause: Not a complete sentence. It must be connected to an independent clause.
Adjective clause: a dependent clause that modifies a noun. It describes, identifies, or gives further information about a noun. (it is also called a relative clause).

Menggabungkan kalimat dengan adjective clause:
1. Menggunakan kata ganti penghubung subjek: who, which, that.
2. Menggunakan kata ganti pengubung objek: who(m), which, that
3. Menggunakan whose
4. Menggunakan kata keterangan penghubung where dan when
5. Menggunakan keterangan kuantitas.
6. Menggunakan nomina+of which.
7. Menggunakan which untuk memodifikasi keseluruhan kalimat.
