Welcome back all,
In this video I finally finish the underside of my Mk2 Escort project! With the whole underside in epoxy primer I went around all of the joins and sealed them up with white tiger seal. This should prevent any corrosion and water from getting in the seams. Once this was all complete I got to work mixing up the Pro XL Tough OX underseal and then shaking for 2 minutes. I applied the coating to the front wheel arches and the underside of my Mk2 Escort & went through 4/5 cans of the coating.
The results really do speak for themselves, I could not be happier with the finish and I am glad to finally have this job ticked off the list! I'm really looking forward to building up the Escort and get it out on the road for summer 2024.
