As the Tariff questions still loom over Canada and Mexico I am still doing my best too keep my head on straight and my mind clear
I can't control what is happening in the world but I can control what I do for myself.
I am starting with a 36 hours fast. This works best for me and easier to get in Ketosis. I use the keto sticks. Pee on the stick you are either in or out no middle they work great for beginners. Then intermittent fasting for the rest of the duration, Easy Peasy!! Join me. "No sugar no Carbs for 10
