1997 Final Exams for students at the School of Performing Arts, University of Ghana... Based on traditional folklore, these pieces were adapted into specific dance choreographies and musical arrangements many decades ago, by the founding faculty members of this celebrated institution. Thus, the dances and drumming have been taught basically verbatim, ever since the 1960's. Once each group of instructors becomes certified, they continue to spread these iconic versions worldwide.
