Bjelašnica Olympic Center... an urban settlement of wildlife lovers

Not far from Sarajevo, 20 minutes away starts the rise of Bosnian beauty Bjelašnica. Bjelasnica hosted the Olympic Games in 1984 years, and it is among the favourite mountains for skiers and climbers that come from different parts. The mountain stretches between Sarajevo and Konjic.

If you love research, on Bjelašnica there is a large number of mountain trails, which are maintained by various mountain associations, which will allow you to better familiarise yourself with the beauties of Bjelašnica. A large part of the mountain is covered with woods, but above 1500 meters the forest stops and there rise the beautiful peaks of Bjelašnica along with its slopes and other contents.


Bjelasnica has everything you need for a single mountain, in terms of activities, accommodation, catering facilities, built ski trails and other accompanying equipment.

One of the most popular locations is Babin Dol. Babin Dol has trails that can be compared with the best trails of Europe. This ski resort has 8 ski trails and 5 children’s trails. Also, there are 3 cable cars and 5 ski-lifts that go to the very top of Bjelašnica (2067 M.N. v). Children up to 6 years old have the ability to use ski-lifts for free, while children over 15 years old must buy a ticket for adults.

The Center for renting equipment is located near the target House Benetton, near which there is a large parking lot with over 1000 parking spaces.
