I went to @Bartlebysicecream today in Chicago's North Center neighborhood and instantly fell in love with the flavors, the staff and the overall vibe of this place. They collaborated with JT's Genuine Sandwich Shop on a Chili Spice Ice Cream, which I really enjoyed, so I had to swing through and meet Rachel Kamins (and see her shoppe), too. This became an instant favorite spot of mine. You need to go eat her ice cream immediately.
