I felt the need to translate this story while I was reading this cuz it really hit me hard for reasons. I don't even have the card :(. Translating was much more difficult work than I expected, and I have a newfound respect for the story translators out there now. Trying to make 想いの持ち主 sounds natural when translated was truly a losing battle. My English isn't that impressive, let alone my Japanese, but I hope I did the story justice.
