The OG game in 1996 said Chris = Hard Mode, so just take this video as:
New Game (NG) = the hardest available difficulty at that point and not as an NG+ Hard Unlockable Difficulty. I've played through every difficulty on this channel anyway.

Maybe Capcom should title it like this below.
(I - Like climbing a mountain, is Normal.
II - Like Riding a bike, is Easy.
III - Like walking, is Very Easy)

The Original Remake is from 2002. This one, however, is from the 2015 HD Remaster from the 2016 Origins Collection for Xbox. The gameplay you are seeing in this video is my colour-graded 4K Davinci rebirth remake of the Remaster from the latter.

This video is AVPD Enhanced, I have added a DaVinci base Colour Grade to the Standard Stock Gameplay of Chris's Playthrough on Hard Mode. Enter the survival horror as Chris Redfield, a member of the S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team (Special Tactics and Rescue Service), an elite division of the Raccoon City Police Department. Chris and his team were sent into the Arkley Mountains to Rescue the Bravo Team. On arrival, the Alpha Team was ambushed by a pack of Cerberus. With nowhere to go and facing casualties, they retreated into the Spencer Mansion, where they thought it was safe.
Alpha Team split up and continued their search for survivors but nothing could have prepared them for what they found; reanimated corpses feasting on members of Bravo Team. Fighting off hordes of the undead they soon discovered that the mansion was nothing more than a puzzle box full of zombies!

This is another colour-graded edit style that I have created with my own name, dedicated to the HD Fan Remastered versions I made for the origins story of Resident Evil 0-1.

This Video is AVPD (DaVinci) Enhanced. I have Remastered my own gameplay by enhancing the colour, lighting, visuals and sound of my own game. I think this makes the game look, feel and sound like it offers an overall more realistic and cinematic experience. The gameplay has been recoloured, graded and enhanced.
