My staple sandwich bread recipe using fresh milled flour and AP flour!

This bread recipe is super easy and comes out perfect every time! It can be used with fresh milled flour, all purpose or a mixture of both as im doing in the video!
Recipe:
2 cups warm water
1 packet yeast (2 teaspoons)
6 to 6 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/3 C Honey
2 Eggs
1/4 C Avocado oil
Let your yeast proof in 1/2 Cup warm water. While the yeast is proofing, if you're using freshly milled flour, mix the flour with the remaining water and let it sit while the yeast proofs.
Add the yeast/water mixture into the flour mixture, add in the eggs, salt, oil and honey. Knead for about 8-10 minutes. Let it rise for 60-90 minutes, until it doubles in size. Divide into two, shape and let rest for another 45-60 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with melted butter and enjoy!
