Do subliminals work?

I risked 14 days of my life and the health of my ears to find out.

Why?

Although I'm not personally chasing the promise of memory subliminals for a sharper mind, many people do hold out hope that these kinds of recordings will help them.

Subliminals for better memory and pretty much everything else are a scam.
