As the founder of Learning Tree Consult ParentingwithTumi and recently Ofsted approved Tumi’s learning & Childcare services , Ms. Quadri has devoted her life to equipping parents, educators, and children with the tools, wisdom, and confidence to thrive. Her journey as an Educator, Parenting Coach, Solution-Focused Therapist, author and Leadership Mentor has been shaped by both her academic training and hands-on experience, rooted deeply in her unwavering faith.

Her impressive credentials span Social Sciences, Education, Community Studies, Montessori Education , Leadership & Management (ILM), Transformation Coaching, Montessori Accreditation and an Outstanding rating . She is also currently acquiring professional certification as a Child Counsellor, further deepening her commitment to supporting children’s emotional well-being.

Having lived and worked across, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Nigeria, Ms. Quadri brings a rich, global perspective to her work in early childhood education and parenting. She has graced international platforms both in Europe and Africa passionately advocating for causes such as Education for the Girl Child, the Benefits of Effective Early Childhood Education, STEM in Schools, and The Future of Education.
Ms Tumi, as she is fondly known as, has helped set up Nursery schools for organisations in both London, Kenya and Nigeria. Where she has us developed her training the trainers program for Early years teachers in Nigeria .

Rooted firmly in her Christian faith, Ms. Quadri serves as Head of Global Mentoring for Esther Preparation Room, a leadership and support network for Christian women, where she nurtures and mentors women to rise in purpose and power. She is also the host of the monthly Prophetic Parenting Prayers, a faith-based prayer platform dedicated to covering parents and children in intentional, prophetic intercession.

Whether guiding new parents, mentoring seasoned educators, or inspiring future leaders, Ms. Quadri’s work remains anchored in her mission to help families and schools create nurturing, structured, and faith-filled environments where children are empowered to grow into resilient, compassionate, and purpose-driven individuals.
