A message to the depressed (in honour of Chester Bennington)

I don't know Chester Bennington or the reasons for his suicide... I've just been a fan for so long and he was so important in my darkest times that... it's really hard to accept he's gone. As someone who went through depression, I wanted to make this video just in case I can help someone out there.

I know how hopeless it feels. I know what it's like to not want ANYTHING in life. So I'm making this video about some perspective rather than any promise of getting something in the future. I'm hoping if someone is depressed that they can at least see things from a different perspective, and maybe that will help them decide to fight through it, even if they don't feel up to it, or like they're not good enough and don't deserve it.

I made the music in the video... I wrote a lot of my novels listening to Chester on Krwlng (Crawling from the Reanimation album), so I guess I kind of wanted to say good bye with a song I made for one of my books... thanks, Chester, for all the inspiration and helping me get through my darkest times. Wish he could read that... and a lot of other things. This is why I wanted to avoid this video... knew it was going to wreck me emotionally. I'll be ok. I just hope it can help others out there.
