Making a 1950's shirtwaist dress for

Hi my loves! This is my dress for #shirtwaistseptember , a challenge by ‪@SewRena‬ and ‪@ashleymainmakes‬ to make or wear a shirtwaist dress (or more) in the month of September and show on our social channels...
I used a vintage sewing pattern by The Vintage Sewing Pattern Company https://shorturl.at/Ic2uw and a vintage deadstock fabric. I didn't make a belt, as I had a white I could wear with the dress, but I'll probably make one from the dress fabric...
