BAS® High Rate Lump Hematite Beneficiation with High Intenstiy Magnetic Separator

In this application %50Fe rate different size screened hematite iron ores (%99,9 Fe3, %0,1Fe2) are beneficiated with high intensity permroll magnetic separators. In this video different magnetic intensity permroll separators are used for different magnetic suspecipility minerals. Here BAS® High Intensity Permrolls are used and effective magnetic intensities between 1,0 - 1,5 Tesla.
After this separation hematites comes to %60-62 Fe rate with limited tailings.
