Is the DIY Tiny Home trend DEAD?? We never see them anymore

This week I'm showcasing some unique and very inspiring DIY Tiny Homes. I did this to hopefully spark a conversation about the DIY aspect of the Tiny House movement.

Back in 2014, when I started building my own tiny home, the only Tiny Houses we saw were built by their owners. Nowadays, most of the tiny houses I feature on my channel are built by professional construction companies. Is this a bad thing? I'm not sure. After all, isn't the goal (for most) to LIVE tiny... not necessarily build a home? However, there are some drawbacks to tiny homes being created in a factory. The grassroots of the movement, which was all DIY builds, showcased so much individualism, ingenuity, and innovation. I'd hate to lose that. At the same time, I will probably never build another tiny home for myself. I don't have the time or energy, and quite frankly... someone else could do it better. So, if I want another, I will buy one.
