Rava puttu/ Sooji puttu is a very delicious breakfast that can be easily prepared in no time. This is a very flavorful puttu prepared by steaming ghee roasted rava. Puttu can be made with rice flour, wheat flour,corn, oats and even with rava which is the most delicious of all I feel. This puttu can be served with sugar or with traditional kadalai or dale curry.. Rava puttu can be served as breakfast or dinner as snack by adding ghee roasted cashews. You can add jaggery powder instead of sugar along with cashews, which is a healthy option and very tasty as well. So lets get to the making!!
