That's how you check current flow to your EHA valve. This will tell you if ECU sends proper signal to your EHA. I did not get any readings because I had blown fuse in my volt meter. After I replaced it, I got 74.5 mA which is almost exactly what service manual is calling for (75mA) for this year and model, with ignition on. After I start the car current dropped to approx. 20 mA, and slowly kept dropping as engine warms up.
