Passenger Side Transfer From Wheelchair Into SUV with WheelTips Joe
In this video, I’m going to show you how I get into an SUV on the passenger side and maybe my technique will help you out.
I’m a T-4 paraplegic incomplete with 45 years experience using a wheelchair.
I’m used to driving myself around in my own car and transferring from my wheelchair into the car from the driver’s side.
But on rare occasions, I get a ride from someone else.
For me, this presents a whole new approach of how I get into a vehicle on the passenger side, especially if it sits up high like an SUV.
