In this video I take the BSA Defiant to the range to check zero at 30 yards with the JSB Hades, then to test the JTS Dead Center 16.08 grain pellets at the same distance. Once I had made zero, I pushed the rifle out to 102 yards. Finally I tested the JTS Dead Center, using the JTS pellets at my home range, showing that when zeroed at 30 yards, they still hit the mark at 22 yards and 17 yards. Both the JTS Dead Center and JSB Hades are ideal for hunting small game with the BSA Defiant.
