I RAN A SUB 3 HOUR MARATHON | Chicago Marathon 2023

After 5 months of training, I achieved my goal of running a sub 3 hour marathon in Chicago. This is not a story about a freak athlete or crazy talented runner, this is a story about consistency and staying committed to a goal every day.
