Perfect Vigilance Assault Rifle DPS build! TU6

Hey guys, I actually have two versions of this build!
This one does not have a whole lot of armor, but its damage is so good that it works in a way of defending, too.
We run Raids and Heroics every day and surviving is extremely easy with this one. I just use the one with higher health in more hazardous missions, such as Outcasts and their fire. Even then, I'm perfectly fine with this main build. lol
I have a second version of this, where I lose a bit of Crit chance and Crit damage, but health of 61k, while keeping the same BASE damage.
