It is so delicious cake. Persimmon is a good fruit for baking cake in the autumn. This autumn cake is very soft and tender and you will enjoy eating it immensely.
I mostly make a cake with ripe persimmons and enjoy eating it by the fireplace with a cup of hot tea

ingredients:
3 cups flour
3/4 cup oil
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsps vanilla
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 persimmons
1/2 cup milk
ingredients for cream:
2 smash persimmons
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar powder
