"7. I keep hearing all these warnings about challenging a favorable decision, yet most everything I read from respectable online resources speak of this happening very, very seldom. What are the actual numbers when it comes to favorable decisions that have been reversed upon a request for review? How does Res Judicata not protect a previous judicial decision that has already been decided? I almost see this warning as a masked veil to not challenge what may very well be a claimant's right"
