Day 1 of walking the coastal path. We live in a place with ZERO elevation and our bodies were not prepared for the ups & downs of the path. We made it 2 days on sections rated Severe/Strenuous...and by the end of Day 2 our bodies were beat up with feet blisters & very achy joints. This is day 1.
