The path crosses active farmland, so be mindful of livestock.

Explore the extensive castle ruins, including the remains of the great gatehouse and Lilburn Tower.
Enjoy birdwatching, as the cliffs are a nesting ground for seabirds like kittiwakes and oystercatchers.
Walk along the coastline to the nearby Embleton Bay, a beautiful sandy beach.
