Babybridge, Hipescape, Active Turtle and how they lead in and relate to Half Guard

This is me freeflowing a bit during my No Gi morning class. It shows you the relationship between a few defensive postures and, the core of my game, the Half Guard.
The usual approach to Half Guard bottom, is going for the underhook. I show a way how you can play with the top arm in front, using the same frame as in mount.
Once you see the connection and similarities between all the position (in this case how Half Guard and Mount are essential the same), jiu jitsu gets way less complex and easier to learn.
