Hello and welcome to part 1 of my 3 part video series on how to make a pvc pipe violin. Before you start building I'd suggest that you watch all three videos and read the parts and tool list and have a very good understanding about what your going to do- also don't be afraid to try things differently then I did in the video because that's the fun part about this stuff coming up with new creative ideas and things.
Parts: (Sorry if I missed something in these lists)
Set of tuning pegs and an end pin.
5.5" x 1" piece of pipe for the chin rest
12" x 1" piece of pipe for the finger board

50lb test fishing line for strings
30lb test fishing line for strings

Optional Set of violin strings.
Always Buy 10' Sticks of pipe because you will want to experiment and sometimes you run into problems.

Stove for bending the neck and body
Toaster Oven for bending the tail piece, chinrest, finger board, and bridge.
Drill
1/8" Drill Bit

Warning- this can be hazardous, takes tons of patients, gets frustrating at times, and can be exhausting. Also that this takes time it's not something you can do in one day.
Well I hope you enjoyed the videos and that they were inspirational thanks for watching please subscribe and have fun building and playing musical instruments!!!
