This is the new EWM React welding process. It combines all the advantages of an energy-reduced, digitally controlled short arc with dynamic wire movement, thus ensuring maximum process stability. The necessary power for the individual components comes from the most powerful power source for automated welding: the Titan XQ R with integrated RCC (Rapid Current Control) module, which allows for precise interventions. The unique feature of EWM React: the active forward/backward movement of the wire ensures stable and virtually spatter-free droplet transfer. Thin and sensitive materials in particular can be welded with reliable process stability.

Das ist der neue Schweißprozess EWM React. Er vereint alle Vorteile eines energiereduzierten, digital geregelten Kurzlichtbogens mit einer dynamischen Drahtbewegung und sorgt so für maximale Prozessstabilität. Die dafür nötige Power liefert den einzelnen Komponenten die leistungsstärkste Stromquelle für automatisiertes Schweißen: die Titan XQ R mit integriertem RCC-Modul (Rapid Current Control).
