This bike ride goes along the Elberadweg (Elbe Cycle Route) from Dresden all the way to Meissen. I cycled all the way from Dresden to Hamburg along the Elberadweg, and this stretch is definitely my personal favourite. Both Dresden and Meissen are equally stunning and surely worth a visit. I cycled on the left bank of the river, but I would also recommend the other side.
