Random Thought:
In addition to recording what I eat everyday (food journal), I'm committing to working out 3 days a week. An on-purpose workout (youtube dance/exercise videos). I have an odd dynamic happening with my body- I actually feel like I'm physically stronger than ever (toting Bubba around)... like I'm more muscly in my arms and legs than I was in my college cheerleading days! But my lower stomach (after 3 kids, no surprise) is not where I want it to be. I'm thinking... I'm pretty sure I have to have some abs under there! :) I tell myself, I did really well last year on water drinking and making sure I don't have long spans without eating (that triggers migraines for me), so now I need to make sure that what I DO eat is quality stuff.
