The Day I Stopped Running Was The Day I Felt Peace

In this video I walk through my first 24 hours inside the jail. Cocaine and alcohol, the raid, the ride, intake, the R&D cell, the styrofoam trays, and the quiet relief that came with surrender. I was 18, strung out, and convinced I’d killed two people. A SWAT barrel met me at the door. When the cuffs closed, something in me finally stopped running.
