Last term, we welcomed 14 Primary, Secondary and SEND schools who took part in Spoken Word Power 2025 to the Criterion Theatre in London’s West End for a celebratory poetry sharing.
Spoken Word Power is a national programme, working with young people across the UK. Guided by our expert facilitators, the young people have been working hard over the last few months, to write, edit and perform original pieces of spoken word poetry. The sharing event gave them a chance to stand on a West End stage, perform to an audience and share their creations with the world.
This year’s theme for Spoken Word Power is ‘The Way I See It’.
