FOLLOW ALONG with me as we get into a HEAVY sandbag and dumbbell HIIT workout!
This one is gonna help get you STRONG, FIT and LEAN! Get you sweat towel ready this is a hot maker. Whole body, compound movements with the dumbbells, sandbag and bodyweight core exercises to tick all the boxes that’ll see you feeling worked out from head to toe!
You’re going to need a reasonably heavy sandbag, (I cannot recommend the Jordan Sandbag Extreme highly enough) link below👇🏻, and a pair of dumbbells.
REMEMBER: This is a HIIT workout so “heavy” in this setting may be different from what you might consider heavy for straight sets and reps! 20KG goes a LONG way!
