Novak Djokovic produced a superb performance to beat world No.1 Roger Federer in straight sets in the Australian Open 2008 semifinals.
Djokovic defeated Federer 7-5, 6-3, 7-6 (7-5) in under three hours, sealing his second appearance in a Grand Slam final.
Djokovic defeated Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the 2008 Australian Open Men’s singles final, winning the first Grand Slam of his career.
