Mount Ōyama is a 1,252-metre-high mountain situated in the Tanzawa Mountains in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
Travel time from Tokyo about 1-2 hours.
Comfortable day hike about 2-3 hours to the top. Cable car covers nearly half the ascent or descent.
Great views from the summit and the beautiful Oyama Afuri Shrine. Various other power spots and points of interest on the way.
There are a lot of steps!
