Having a strategy is absolutely critical for your organization. In this video I'll give you 5 ways you can help facilitate your very own strategic planning. If you don’t have a strategy, but you’ve decided that it’s time for your team, your department, your function, or even your organization to have one, try these approaches to make sure you and your team is healthy in the future.
