[WEBINAR] Current state of EB-5 and Processing times post RIA: A Discussion with Charles Oppenheim

EB5 United’s Experts recently conducted a webinar with Charles Oppenheim, who worked as a Consular Officer for the U.S. Department of State since 1979, and as the Chief of the Immigrant Visa Control and Reporting Division until his retirement in 2021. They were joined by WR Immigration’s Joey Barnett (Partner) and Bernard Wolfsdorf (Managing Partner), two of the top Immigration Attorneys and Experts in the EB-5 landscape.

The discussion focused on the current state of the EB-5 Program and Processing Times post the RIA of 2022, and provided invaluable insights for individuals seeking U.S. Green Cards for themselves and their families.

We’re delighted to share with you that our Priority Processing Rural EB-5 Project – Yellowstone Club (YC) Phase II, recently received an I-956F Approval. This means that investors can now invest in the Project knowing it is approved, and USCIS only needs to review their Source of Funds. The I-956F for YC Phase II Project was approved in 8 months and we expect similar timelines to our One&Only Project for I-526E Approvals, which has an average I-526E Approval Time of about 6 months per Petition. This is the 4th EB-5 Project in Big Sky by our Developer CrossHarbor Capital Partners to receive such Approval.
