In this video you'll learn:
Exercises lile: Lat Pushdown, Handlebar Lat Pull and Bicep Curl with both knees down and in a Bird Dog Position, Back Seated Serve the Platter + Shoulder Press 1.0 and 2.0, Back Kneeling Chest Exapansion + Bicep Curl, Back Cursty Single Leg Step up and Back Single Leg Step Up
Spring Load for Back Seated Exercises: You have 2 choices
Easier: 1 white spring
Harder: 2 white springs
Note: No matter what spring load you choose to teach with, you should be walking around and asking if people want more or less springs (or to take a break). Although it is lighter on 1 white spring, you can intensify by performing single arm exercises and/or sitting in a tailbone position for the Serve the Platter.
Spring Load for Standing at the back platform facing the front platform: Single Leg Step Up and Single Leg Curty Lunge
I do not teach the Back Single Leg Step Up because people cannot control their hips from leaning over to one side. Even if i correct form, it's difficult to keep everyone in the proper form
2 - I would teach the curtsy lunge instead
Note: You can teach this on 1 white spring which is more about stability or you can teach it with 2-4 white springs. However, keep in mind you don't want to bounce people from the back to the front to change springs. I always recommend no more than 5 spring changes per routine.
