Many of my tropical banana plants died in winter storage, but the ones I have left have proven to be AMAZING here in New York. They grow fast and are easy to overwinter. What more could you ask for?
Banana plants need a lot of heat to look their best, so the plants in this video are really just starting to hit their summer stride.
I’m trying a few new hardy banana species and a few fun tropical ones, too. I can’t wait to see how they do this year & share my experiences with you.
