Cleaning Years of Gunk Off My Guitar - How to Clean Your Guitar Fretboard

I was polishing/sanding my guitar fretboard a couple months back and figured I make a short video of the process. After removing the strings, use a plastic card or razor to scrape off the bigger pieces of gunk and loosen dirt. Then polish with steel wool (grade 0000) and finish with wood oil (I'm using tung oil but different wood may need different oil). Back to regular tab videos next week!
